Understanding there is not a one size fits all therapy approach, I will incorporate a variety of treatment modalities in our time together- with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy being the heart and soul of my practice. I am particularly interested in utilizing mindfulness strategies to cultivate awareness and help reduce stress and anxiety. I see the therapeutic process as a collaborative effort and enjoy connecting with individuals and families through psychotherapy.
